I had a minor but urgent fix needed for my iPhone. Bywater Geek immediately sussed out the issue and solved it in 1 minute! I offered to pay for their expertise but they said it was on the house. This guy is a saint! And an IT saint is a rare bird. I highly recommend Bywater Geeks!!!
This place is a little expensive for having to get your phone repaired again elsewhere…
I never leave reviews, but felt like I needed to for this one! He was incredibly nice and helpful, gave me good advice on an old MacBook Air, and fixed my digital camera with a broken lens in less than a day! Super reasonable prices and great communication. One note: the store is located within the convenience store, which isn’t evident on Maps. Just go inside and you’ll see the desk.
