I have attended Yoga Retreats at Byron Yoga Centre many times but it was the first time attending the Women's Retreat. It was extra special as I attended with my daughter. The location, staff, food and program did not disappoint! A very nurturing, safe environment to reset, relax and disconnect from the outside world. Highly recommend the Byron Yoga Centre and especially the Women's Retreat :-)
Please be aware there will be significant noise from the Arts Factory backpackers on the weekend nights, so you may not get the quiet restful night's sleep you expect from a yoga retreat advertising as a 'tranquil eco haven' and 'deep rest' Clean rooms, staff friendly, grounds are pretty
It was truly an amazing experience. From the relaxing yoga and meditation sessions to the delicious and healthy food, everything was perfectly designed for relaxation and refreshment. I already want to visit the Byron Yoga Centre again!
