Amazing 2 day’s practicing yoga with the wonderful teachers. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. My wife and i came a couple of years ago and one day we will return i hope!

What an amazing experience! My partner and I were lucky enough to attend a 5-day yoga retreat at BYC, and we were completely blown away. Not knowing what to expect, we found ourselves immersed in a perfect balance of relaxation, learning, and connection. Each day included three yoga sessions, a meditation, and either a class or a garden tour. Byron Yoga Centre is staffed by caring supportive people who are knowledgeable about traditional teachings. During my stay of one week, I felt they cared about my wellbeing and were able to adapt to my personal injuries. The Centre is in a beautiful location and the magnesium salt pool provided great muscle therapy and relaxation. A great place to slow down and retreat into a full Yoga regime.
