Not an enjoyable experience. One of the instructors was horribly aggressive. Never again.
What a wonderful opportunity this Yoga centre allowed me to attend with a wonderful winter package deal, so very grateful it was a wonderful experience in its entirety. Welcoming, excellent nourishment, comfortable rooms, clean and tidy amenities, hospitable staff, glorious gardens, inspirational and caring instructors and so much more. Must also mention I had the best roomy and hope to remain in contact.
The 3 day yoga retreat was brilliant. Such a calming, nurturing and healthy experience in a beautiful setting. I was sad to leave this little sanctuary and will be back again and again.
