Byron Tan and associates, for almost 3 years have assisted us for multiple tourist visa's, partner visa and permanent residency. They have been extremely systematic and professional through out the whole process. Their approach is very thorough and to the point. NOT Recommended at all !!!! Very Bad experience with Byron Tan. He totally lacks the professionalism and did not resolve any problems we required. It was so close that we were going to fail to apply a new visa due to current visa expiration. Therefore, I had another lawyer who fix all the problem for me in just one week！Besides, Byron even offer the information doesn't fit for me and still charged for consulting fee. What a GREAT SERVICE!
Our experience has been very disappointing as Byron lacks the professionalism and did not resolve what he was hired to do. He was very temperamental and offensive over the phone. Very disappointing experience.
Byron Tan & Associates helped me apply for visa 801 on May 2016. Then I got my PR in 2 and a half years later. I was very happy with their service. They are very professional and enthusiasm.
