I was present to observe Byron L. Potts represent an individual in court, and I left disappointed by what I witnessed. He appeared confident, but that confidence did not translate into what I consider effective representation. I called this law office to inquire about legal services, and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. She came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and not very helpful. As a potential client, first impressions matter, and the way I was treated made me decide not to move forward with this office. I hope they address their customer service, as the receptionist is often the first point of contact for people seeking legal help.

This is the most deceiving Attorney I’ve ever met or had assist me in a case there is so much I’m going to be saying and posting at later dates once again this is my personal opinion from my personal experience
