Excellent customer service from start to finish. The guy (who I didn't got the name sorry) was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. We were almost unable to continue our trip due to an issue with another car rental company, Hertz Byron Bay downtown (never again to rent there), but they truly saved the day and helped us get back on the road. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and reliable. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended!
Fantastic service and great prices. No expensive add-ons and restrictions compared to the big renters. They went out of their way to accommodate us swapping cars halfway through the two week rental period. Highly recommended.
