Don’t have a website saying your shop is open when you are not even there - wasting peoples time however from the other reviews things become clear
I absolutely love this tan so I ordered 5 off their website more than 2 months ago. Haven’t had any tracking updates or heard any response from the multiple emails. The ‘business’ number listed on the website doesn’t call through. All emails have been unresponsive and Shopify take no responsibility for ordering from their website.
This company has clearly gone into receivership. I have been a long-standing customer of Byron Bay bronze for my Salon for many years now and never seem to have a problem with my deliveries until this year. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of spray tan solution in January. It’s now May and I have not received my order. I've used this tan for years & absolutely love the colour, however I usually purchase from a pharmacy, this time I purchased directly through the company & also paid for express shipping. 2 weeks after my order was placed there was no sign of my order arriving anytime soon, I emailed querying this as I had paid for express shipping & was heading away. Exasperating and very poor experience. Products purchased in Nov 2024, nothing received, several emails sent, one response telling me that the tracking number had my product being picked up in the Central Coast (relevance?? I'm in Queensland; when I queried this - no response). No other contact. Number wont connect. I own a business and have never posted a one-star review, but being ignored for months after paying for a product not received is unacceptable.
