There are many great lenders at this bank! My experience with Jim Wang was great. He is a go-to commercial lender and has tons of knowledge and was great to work with on a purchase for a commercial client of mine. Good communication!
What a bad experience and she was rude about it. I even complimented the picture in her office. I ended up closing my account . She had no intention of “saving the customer” . As a Buisness owner if you have no customers you have no Buisness I’d get rid of her before more customers decide to jump ship .
Outstanding bank. I don't say that lightly - I'm very critical of a banks personnel and customer service. Byron is exceptional on all counts.
