Terrible company all around. They lie and sell over priced junk. Don’t work with you at all when fixing THEIR mistakes. They’re just money hungry and will screw you over.
I’m very upset and disappointed with JD Byrider in Maumee Ohio. I purchased a vehicle about 3 years ago. I’m still making payments on. I have had engine trouble after having the car 2 years. Last year in November, I was told that I had to get a new engine. This vehicle is my only source of transportation. Desperately needing my car. Liars..EXTREMELY Rude service. Don't complain if you wait over 1 hour either!!!!...the manager at madison WI will proceed to refuse to sell you a car n call the cops on you if you do that.
