On Saturday they hurried to get my step duaghter approved for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered to the car lot on Tuesday. Tuesday came along and she was told the vehicle was sold out from under her. After she made an early payment on the car she was trading back in and switched her insurance over to the vehicle that was sold out from under her. Wanted to share my review for JD Byrider Dayton Mall. READ!! Bought a car here three years ago and it broke down within a month. Went to get the problem fixed and they claimed my catalytic fell apart when they went to fix the other issue. Quoted me an outrageous price to fix but went ahead and fixed it. I keep reaching out and nobody calls the byryder in greenwood Indiana has had my car over 2 months it went from a radiator to head gasket to them breaking my timing chain that was replaced last year now they saying the timing chain cover is cracked I need my car !!!!!! I don't recommend byryder to anybody and I mean NOBODY !!!
