Working with Byrider and their team has been a great experience! Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They work hard to make the experience easy for their customers, and anytime there’s a question or issue, their team is quick to respond and help out. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience.
This place is crazy! They take advantage of people down on their luck. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone in charge. How does one get in touch with them when they don’t answer the phone. My nearest location is about 30 miles away why waste a trip to only speak with someone with no authority. I will never buy from this place again!

I went to the jd byrider in Barboursville WV.I spoke to a lady on the phone a few times before I went to go pick up my vehicle that I was told I was approved for.when I got there they’d sold told me that I wasn’t approved for that vehicle and they had to put me in something else.when I provided proof of what the lady had told me.the manager came out and told my wife and I to leave or he was calling his Buddy who was a state trooper.so when you call them out.they threaten to call the cops on you.What a great way to do busines... read more
