My husband and I went to the Wake Forest NC showroom and worked with Donna A. She gave us A+ guidance with regards to selecting tile for our kitchen floor. She also explained pros & cons of each of the tiles we were considering. She worked to keep us in budget too! Donna also gave guidance on how to care for the floor once it was installed. In the future, we need tile for other areas in our home we would definitely use Byrd tile.
Design Consultant Donna Audette is the epitome of professionalism. She not only advised us on the tiling, but also took the time to help us think through our entire project. At our request, she recommended a contractor as well. Five stars for Donna!
