Donna at Wake Forest location was incredible and so helpful. She helped not only with choosing great tile but I also needed references and tips for working with a contractor and she took extra time to help me. Will definitely work with her again and recommend working with her!
I worked with Jessica and Jackson on my bathroom remodel tile order. They both provided excellent customer service and spent a great deal of time working to make me happy. They never made me feel rushed and were just exceptional to work with. I am glad I chose Byrd Tile over the big box stores, because no way would I have received that level of care anywhere else. Highly recommend!
