beautiful selection of glass tiles The problem when you look at and compare so many different home improvement options, the world of choices opens up to you. I had never considered a tile backsplash for my kitchen, however, once seeing the gorgeous glass tiles by Byrd, it made me see kitchen renovation in a much different light. Byrd has so much to offer, my head was spinning. We didn't leave until we got a quote for their tiles.

I have worked with the designers and sales reps at Byrd Tile for many years. Hands down the best customer service and attention to detail that I have experienced with any company.
I had two full bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash to design and beginning with a compilation of ideas from the internet I took them into an appointment with Donna. My original ideas were overly complex and expensive so Donna was able to show me how to get the look I wanted with less expensive in-stock tiles. She stuck with me through every decision and the design/order sheets were easy for my contractor to follow and install. Sales personnel was very helpul and all went well until the order was placed. This was a custom order and I was told 4 weeks until tile arrived. They took a large downpayment. Now 7 weeks later I have no tile and have not heard one word from Byrd Tile. No communication. I have emailed twice with no follow up. Just left a phone message. I should not have to hunt these people down.
