The family hired Michael Bynane and son in February 2020 to represent a family member for a parole hearing upcoming January 2021. We established payment arrangements. We paid them $2300 and as of the date of this review 09/22/2020, no one has contacted the client. October 2020 is the beginning of client's parole review and no one has contacted the client to establish a strategy. Numerous statements to schedule a telephone call with the warden has not occurred. Does not pay process servers when he hires them. He hired me to serve a respondent in Mascotte Florida and then never paid me the $80 he owed me. Mail came back unable to forward. Disgrace to his profession.
