I’ve been a customer for 40 years at Byline Bank today. I went to the ATM and I went to the bank to get changed for a 20. The lady said do you have an account I say yes she asked me for my phone number. I gave it to her she didn’t get no results and I told her you’re gonna charge me for change and I said it’s pretty sad. I’ve been a customer for 40 years and I cannot even get changed for a 20. and I almost close my account for that.
Absolute trash. Won't honor a fdic approved cashier's check.
