I really wanted to give a local bank a try. However, the incompetence of the employees and their lack of caring is astonishing. When they screw up and you don’t have access to funds that you should have access to, they don’t apologize unless you mention that they haven’t, then give you Starbucks gift cards as an “I’m sorry”???? How blatantly insulting. Certain out of the ordinary banking policies should be VERBALIZED and not hidden away in fine print that they don’t even let you read.
Good fast service no waiting line friendly employees
I didn't choose to read any other reviews. But I decided to leave my own. Some of the kindest staff in town. Always pleasant. Even down to the security guard being exceptionally pleasant. Never much of a wait when I go there. I do go in the morning. I need to drop cash off once a week and I never have an issue.
What a terrible bank with people who hate their jobs. Wait 5 minutes at the drive-up to go inside and see the teller standing behind the counter helping the car who just drove up. Then to tell me they need to call my employer to verify my checks even though not a single other branch has done this to me. Embarrassing and unprofessional as all and still made me stand there for 10 minutes for my employer to call back, which isn’t going to happen when they are working!!! Garbage
