If there is a ZERO score I could give this bank, I would. Have learned that their debit cards are declined if used outside the state of Illinois. Learned this upon going on vacation to Texas and trying to use my card, only to have to deal with the embarrassment of having it declined on a few occasions, with plenty of money in the account. I contacted customer service who told me that you have to notify the bank if you are going to use the card out of state. This location use to be Inland Bank and it merged with Byline Bank. I receive good customer service every time I go there. I am also disabled for different medical reasons. They treat me with respect and kindness. I've never had an issue with any of the current employees who work there.
This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. I use to come here often to get quarters for laundry but since changing to Byline that’s no longer possible. Not community friendly at all.
