I went in to send a wire today. The bank called half an hour later stating they made a mistake and asked me to come in again so they could fix it. I understand mistakes happen so I went back in and took care of it. An hour later, I got another call that yet another mistake was made and that I would need to come back a third time to send a basic wire. I don't understand how sending a basic wire is this difficult of a process. This is a waste of my time. Bank personnel should know how to initiate a wire.

I saw all the one-star reviews for this branch so I felt that I should put in my two cents. I have been a customer of this branch since 2018, first as Inland and then as Byline. They have been super-helpful to me. When needed they have even provided free notary and medallion signature guarantee services. When I had my dog in the car in the drive-through and they sent back my deposit receipt through the pneumatic tube, they also added a Milk Bone.
