I saw all the one-star reviews for this branch so I felt that I should put in my two cents. I have been a customer of this branch since 2018, first as Inland and then as Byline. They have been super-helpful to me. When needed they have even provided free notary and medallion signature guarantee services. When I had my dog in the car in the drive-through and they sent back my deposit receipt through the pneumatic tube, they also added a Milk Bone. Extremely slow processes.
Came in branch to make a withdrawal and the customer service from robert was terrible, first he did not withdrawal from correct account and then was i noticed the error he did not apologize for the error but i always have an issue with same person.
Ever since the Inland takeover this bank has always just been subpar in its services with me. I'm only with the bank still because I keep the benefits of Inland via being grandfathered in. Everything from fees to depositing cash/change is just more of a hassle than it ever was before. I cannot speak for other people, and I'm sure many people have perfectly positive experiences with Byline, this is just my opinion on the bank.
