I too have banked there since it was Cambridge and located at Gilmer and Midlothian. I too will miss this location. A while back, I was looking to open a money market account to park some money. I looked at the new WinTrust on Quinten and 22. Their rate was almost a full point lower than Byline. I will put up with the inconvenience for a while.
We have banked there for decades, from Cambridge to Inland to Byline. The location became less convenient when they moved from the corner of Gilmer/Midlothian to the current spot. It became noticeably less friendly when Byline took it over. Nicole remains very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are closing the branch 4/30 and the other branches are too far away so we will be going to Associates or Huntington.
