We were customers of Cambridge Bank taken over by inland Bank taken over by byline Bank. Byline Bank employees have been unhelpful and friendly, sometimes downright hostile. Then they closed our branch which was the last straw. We're moving our accounts to associated Bank
The best bank ever! I would never complain about it because the benefits are great. I’ve been with this bank since 2016 and they have hands down never let me down. Which is why it pains me to leave a 4/5 review today. I had a strange interaction on a call with a representative who came across very condescending at first. Once she saw my account her demeanor changed — she helped me with one of my issues, but as soon as she was done she didn’t even ask if I needed anything else and just hung up. Excellent customer service! Sean is the best! And the whole staff is great... Answered all my questions. When I had trouble getting online, Alma took care of everything in person, I needed to get started successfully with byline!
