Very sketchy operations. Avoid. One star is too kind. Beware, any fraud that occurs on your account by hackers or phishing schemes, they will make you responsible for restitution. They will make zero attempt to investigate, because apparently their primitive systems don't record IP addresses. If that isn't bad enough, they will send you, the victim, threatening notices that they will send you to collections if you don't front the money to resolve a situation you didn't create. Erroneous, wildly exorbitant late fee applied even though payments are being sent in automatically well in advance of due date. I really do not need the hassle. One of my personal pet peeves is having to spend my personal time to help people find the money that we have already sent them. - Update - no help from their rep Alicia Ramirez, although the check arrived on the 3rd and would not have been past due until the 5th.
