If management or whoever is reading the reviews please don’t just apologize but get rid of those cold negatives employees that are making your bank business look horrible. I was thinking of opening a few accounts including my retirement but not after reading the reviews because that tells me how horrible I would be treating and I would never be okay with being treated cold if I am trusting my business with your bank.
Bad attitude recommend no 1 to come here
No wonder this place has bad reviews. The grumpy old lady at the drive through has a pretty bad attitude problem. Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. If you're miserable at work, just find a new job instead of spreading that "Misery" onto others.
