Just needed 2 rolls of quarters, but two different employees acted like they saw me before (I've never used their bank before and I'm black so that's weird). They were very condescending and told me they couldn't give me quarters unless I had an account with them. This isn't about policy: it's about lack of compassion and disrespect. Non-account holders can be your potential customers if you show a little kindness and empathy. There's no harm in giving quarters when the person has the money for it.

Giving one star for dealing with a nasty and condescending manager named Shayla Sunderbruch. All I was doing was inquiring about a loan, and she spoke to me in an aggressive and demeaning manner. I've never felt so insulted in my life. Do your banking elsewhere - they don't respect their customers here.
