I just needed a roll of quarters and they wouldn’t give me one because I’m a non member. It’s so hard to source physical quarters these days and I feel like the employees could have cut me a break and just given me one. Especially since I paid to use Byeline’s ATM.

Staff is friendly and savings rates are now the highest of any reputable Chicago bank
This year they started charging $5 a month for checking, and $3 a month for savings. I didn’t find out until about 6 months later. I originally joined when it was Community Bank of OPRF and the draw was the free checking. Moving to my next bank ASAP.
