Aldo the current assistant Branch Manager is amazing. Super thorough, patient, & friendly. He took the time even over the phone to help me!
Just needed 2 rolls of quarters, but two different employees acted like they saw me before (I've never used their bank before and I'm black so that's weird). They were very condescending and told me they couldn't give me quarters unless I had an account with them. This isn't about policy: it's about lack of compassion and disrespect. Non-account holders can be your potential customers if you show a little kindness and empathy. There's no harm in giving quarters when the person has the money for it.
