Had an issue with my debit card account , I called the Touhy Ave store and I got a real human on the phone instead a robot . I was very happy to not have to go thru a million steps just to talk to someone . Elizabeth P. was absolutely perfect. She heard the issue I was having and was super quick and polite to help me get it straightened out asap . I wish all business could be like this and have people like Elizabeth P. working there. Couple poor experiences. One example - booked time with a banker noting the reason was due to a family member passing. Still arrived there and was made to wait some 45 minutes with no sense of urgency. Had to leave. Morton Grove location far better across multiple visits.
