Andrea is incompetent and clueless. Truly no customer service skills whatsoever and seemingly very little knowledge of verification processes and what her job consists of. Not my first time having a horrible experience with her, otherwise I would’ve not written a review. Does not even tell the customer what’s going on just laughs with her coworkers and gives attitude when the customer has a simple question. Unbelievably incompetent staff. I spent over an hour at this branch, even withdrawing a thousand dollars in cash to fund the new account (new accounts can only be funded with cash or checks), before they finally informed me they can’t open accounts for businesses registered outside of Illinois—even if the business has an office in the state. I worked with both Blanca and Bruno, and both were astonishingly clueless. If you’re in need of a business bank account, steer clear of this place.
