A Very much so discriminatory branch!
This bank is so bizarre to me. I'd never been into one or even heard of it until a club I'm affiliated with had a business banking account with them. I was told beforehand that customer service reps were constantly hanging up on the treasurer and unhelpful via phone for online customer service. I still tried to go in with an open mind. I do not recommend. Alfredo was our rep. We went to cash our stimulus check and the process took over 30 minutes. We watched other customers came in and was served before us. We felt like the bank just didn’t want to cash it. Roberto the manager came out to see me, asked me to remove my glasses for verification (for the 100x).
