A good bank with good intentions, friendly employees. I have been searching for a 2nd bank for an account outside my first bank. Their assistant manager, Bruno, introduced me to Vanessa (I believe she works a different location now, but can't remember) who was helpful and told me everything I needed. This location at Roger Park is straight racist towards African Americans is unacceptable and disgusting to think you’re better than other people. I hope smart people realize they smile in your face but feel disgusted when you walked into the bank to sign up for a new account. I refuse the service and bank all together until they get it together human is human dummy.
