tbh I’ve had a good experience with Byline Bank in Rogers Park. The location is convenient, and I like knowing there’s a bank nearby when I need to take care of something in person. The staff has always been courteous, and I’ve never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience when I had a question or needed assistance. And believe me, I always got questions. Located at the Clark & Morse intersection in Rogers Park is Byline Bank. They always have a teller window or two open (more at peak times) and stay open until 5 p.m. I work at a neighborhood business, and practically every local has a Byline card because the ATM on Clark St. is open 24/7. Recommend for convenience and the ever-polite staff.
A good bank with good intentions, friendly employees. I have been searching for a 2nd bank for an account outside my first bank. Their assistant manager, Bruno, introduced me to Vanessa (I believe she works a different location now, but can't remember) who was helpful and told me everything I needed.
