March 26 had to cancel debit card due toa non authorized purchase. EDGAR assured me a new card can be issued at location. I just made it there before the bank closed. He iwas a blessing.
I go to this bank because it’s on my way home from work but they seriously are the slowest one I’ve been too. People working the drive thru have no sense of urgency. You can be sitting at the window for 3-5 minutes before you even get acknowledged.
This review acknowledges exceptional customer service, but is also intended to appreciate the compassion and kindness many businesses rarely exhibit. Old and antiquated. Drove all the way here to get a debit card printed since only a few banks have the machine for some reason….. waited an hour and the machine is broken. Getting a debit card in the mail is a 3 wk wait. It’s ridiculous. The jewel kiosk for Huntington has more technical capabilities than this huge bank. Other banks have been printing cards for over a decade. Is byline ever going to invest in updates? The app is also extremely antiquated and behind…time to switch banks
