This bank sucks I’ve been at the drive-through for 29 minutes there were six cars behind me out on grand Avenue the ridiculous they don’t know what customer services and they don’t have an American flag to not being here they suck
This branch has the worst customer service. My mom has an account there, went to make a large deposit of a check and the staff handed her deposit slip and my mom’s ID to another customer. This happened in a drive thru within a matter of a few minutes. Nobody was being accountable nor willing to help my mom. My mom asked to speak to a branch manager.
