Went through the drive thru and the teller was so helpful considering it was my first time at this location. She was efficient with my deposit and made sure to let me know how long it would take for it to be available. I was appreciative of her good service.
Clearly common sense isn’t common. Went to cash a check from a client who uses this bank and got Thee worst run around on cashing the check. I had to wait forever for them to verify the check, had to call the company myself and then have them call again. Then as the people clearly have no other alternative protocol I waited some more. I have never at any other bank in 30 years gone through anything like this. I can definitely see why they don’t get much business.
