I've been banking here since 2012, with both personal and business accounts. Overall, I've been very happy with them and their staff at this West Town branch. Nancy is so kind and very helpful, and the rest of the staff treat you right. Byline doesn't offer all the bells and whistles of, say, Chase Private Client, but for basic banking needs, Byline is perfect.
This bank is a joke. Nothing but scammers. I was charged almost $1000 in fees during a pandemic, the lobby has been closed for months. Staff is incompetent. Take your money and business elsewhere.
