The most incompetent staff ever, especially the the teller manager who insulted me in Spanish in front of my face! She needs to be fired and the entire staff needs to be retrained.
Worst branch ever!
Came to cash a $700 check. Was told I had to wait for a manager whom was in a meeting . Apparently the teller does not have approval to dispense or cash out a customer this amount. Really!! What to point of having a teller. And I waited & waited. 20min in this bank to cash out a $700 check. Oh, and I was the only Customer. Avoid this bank, avoid this branch of u bank.
It's my first time but I appriciated there very helpful employee
