I was setting up a CD at the Broadway Ave branch. Received a call from James who was very kind and patient notifying me of an "issue" with the check I had given. The problem, caused by my bank depositing the needed funds into another account of mine, had been discovered and fixed, but clearly not in sufficient time for my check to clear. Within 3 hrs., James took the time and trouble to call me back to say the issue was resolved and CD was in place. Impressed and thankful. A+ service.

No one ever answers the phone. Multiple occasions in the last couple weeks I’ve tried to call and get some questions answered about my account, but no one answers. I left a voicemail with my information and no one returned my call. I shouldnt have to explain to a bank that you should answer and put a customer on hold if all your bankers are busy - horrible customer service.
