I really WISH I could give ZERO stars, but I had to do at least 1. Let me say initially James was all in and had us the same. My husband & I were ecstatic about being approved ON THE 1ST TRY & the purchase of our new home. Then suddenly things started to go down fast in a downwards spiral.
