BEWARE!!!!! This company is a scam and will charge your card for anything they want and the staff is unprofessional and not trained to give good customer service. They don’t do car walk arounds with you when you pick up the car and then try to tell you that you damaged the car. 3 times I have had faulty cars with them and was even stranded on the highway because the car had bald tires, and when you call hertz roadside assistance don’t expect them to help.
