I bought a car with a rolled back odometer and was seeking Bybee's help. After paying him to get things going, I never heard back. I checked in 3 months later to see how my case was progressing and he stated he hadn't even started my case. I asked for a refund which he was a actually quick to handle in an odd way.
My review is long overdue. I don't remember how I found Mr. Bybee but I'm glad I did. I walked into his office in distress and Mr. Bybee went into action in helping me address my concerns. I found him to be very knowledgeable and ultimately highly affective in resolving my financial matters. I am grateful for his service as my attorney.
When calling to request representation due to fraudulent reporting from an eviction. While explaining this situation I was interrupted several times by Mr Bybee stating that landlords can charge more after a judgment without a second lawsuit and to prove FRCA damages if need to prove they aren’t entitled to the debt; which simply isn’t true. When I confronted him on these false statements and mentioned The Doctrine of Merger and Post Judgment Limitations, he reduced me to AI research instead of 2 years pro se representation.... read more
Outstanding man. Floyd helped me when no one else would. I was being preyed on by scammers / junk debt collectors using intimidation and scare tactics to collect a time barred debt far past the 6 year statute of limitations under Arizona law. His generous sharing of his expertise was tremendously reassuring. It gave me confidence to know these bad actors could take no effective legal action against me. Thank you sir and your staff.
