I’m a new boutique owner and unfortunately this was my first experience dealing with a defective wholesale item. I received a dress with a clear manufacturing defect. The snap securing the slip was missing upon arrival and was not caused by wear or handling. I communicated the issue clearly and asked for a resolution or escalation to management. Went to place a first time order they didn’t post a end date and will not honor or make right, customer service is terrible, nor did they care, I do not recommend ordering through this brand.
