I have used this business for my taxes since 2011 and i’ve never had a problem until this year. Problem after problem. They filed everything wrong. We had to redo it multiple times and it wasn’t even filled the last time. It just sat in their office for months even though they said it had been filled. This time the filled it with the wrong address. We finally got that fixed so I paid my bill with them. Well come to find out it wasn’t done and they washed their hands from it.
