I heard about EFT and wanted to try it out. I came a cross Melissa. She not only walked me through the process, I left our session with a life long tool. Since our session I have been using this technique daily whenever a negative state or emotion takes over and after only 10 minutes I’m feeling refreshed, with a positive mindset!
