Have been ripped off by Craig and so glad I didn’t go ahead with full order and changed at end, he doesn’t answer phone doesn’t return calls. Been waiting for about 4 months now. And his add is still on fb marketplace ready to rip more people off. Can’t believe he is allowed to do this.
I would not even rate Craig a 1. We paid him 50% deposit for our shutters and 8 months now no installation and no product. He will.make excuses he hurt his arm, or blame it on covid. We have asked for a refund or will pay for the shutters and do own install. He said be has the shutters in his warehouse but why can't he come and install it. Do not purchase through By Design Shutters / BD Shutters / Craig Snelling. Paid 50% deposit for plantation shutters in Oct 2021 and have not received either product or refund as requested. Currently pursuing legal action.
