I went to By Design for shoulder issues, after having seen other physios and therapists. Marissa did such a complete assessment, thoroughly explained the issues and then got me started on a treatment plan that has been great for the shoulder issue. Her enthusiasm and focus is fantastic. Highly recommend.
I am so grateful to have had marissa as my physio, she was so lovely and so knowledgeable. I enjoyed every minute spent with her, I came in with very little mobility from having bad girdle hip pain due to pregnancy where I couldn't walk well, to now walking around Risdon dam a month after our last session. She gave me lots of exercises to take home to work with, I can see she is extremely passionate and always corrected my form . I will definately see her in the future, thank you by design physiotherapy X🙏
I have had nothing but great experiences with the team at By Design Physio! I started my journey with the lovely Tahlia and continued maintenance with Grace. They had nothing but the best interest for me and my concerns. They offer early morning and evening appointments that made it easier for me to come to my appointments during the week. I can't thank the team enough for getting me back on my feet! Thanks Grace, you're a legend!
