Quite an upsetting and insulting experience as a customer. Initial engagement was good for contract reading with one phone call explaining the contract in summary. Charging contract reading fees higher than others, so I was expecting professional and seamless service. After requesting negotiation for contract amendment, the lawyer has not demonstrated his representation of the best interest of myself, and simply forward email from the other party without contacting to explain.
