We cannot recommend Asa highly enough! We had our family session on a cold, windy day in DC, and we were honestly worried the weather would ruin the photos. Instead, Asa was a total pro—keeping everyone’s spirits high, finding the perfect pockets of light, and managing to capture stunning shots despite the gusts. Highly recommend him!!

Asa was the perfect wedding photographer. He was professional and passionate about photography, with the gear necessary to shoot both our outside wedding and a nighttime reception in a FULLY GLASS building! We are over the moon with our family pictures! Asa was so easy to work with from scheduling and re-scheduling to the actual experience of the shoot itself. We don't do family photos often; with our child with special needs they can be stressful and disappointing. However, Asa assuaged our anxiety with his patience, kindness, and clear direction in guiding us through the session. It was a great experience. We will hire him again! Thanks!

Asa photographed our August wedding and we are so happy with the photos. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and did a great job. Our wedding was in Old Town Alexandria, which Asa knows well, and he really captured our vision for shots that incorporated the feel of the area. For portraits, Asa was able to get great expressions out of everyone, even the large group photos. And we loved his candid shots – he really captured the joy and fun of the day. We would definitely recommend Asa to other couples.
