I just came for my online today(friday) i dont knw that guy just keep serving customers and customers were keep coming i would say they should also give priority to online order. When i went there he said I haven’t started packing ur order and I thought i should wait but he just keep serving new customers. Really annoying
MORE THAN 30 MINUTES WAIT AT THE COUNTER
Toni was super friendly and efficient today, a busy one. Quickly finding what I needed and alerting me respectfully to a discount If not been aware of. Toni and her team at BWS are very good. AJ and his team helped me greatly today. He found packing materials for my Prosecco bottles which I carried home safely on my bicycle The range is wide and relatively inexpensive. The staff, friendly and efficient. 5 star.
