Normally would be 5 star. But. It has been shut the last 2 times I've come to purchase. And today at peak hour closed up again until 5:10 pm. We will see. Update. May have just been the one staff member, but the service has immensely improved.
Thank you Beer's for your excellent customer service. There was an argument at the counter yesterday and you handled it professionally. You successfully de escalated the situation and continued to show cautiousness and professionallism when I entered the store the next day. You were not rude to me and I apologise that another customer has made a complaint against you. I could only imagine the customers you deal with on a daily basis. Great job and thanks for the drinks. They were cold and competitively priced. 🙂
