Polite good customer service, stock always available
There's been quite a few staff come & go over the years. Minimalist craft beer section but decent mid range wine selection. Good at a pinch for last minute dinner or gift ideas. Reliable basics in stock & helpful, polite staff recently.
Very poor service from a person who served me. I am from out of town and called to inquire about the location of this shop. She was sarcastic and basically told me update the GPS on my car which is six month old. Not helpful. The usual BWS I got to when I called her was closed today. I always get great service there and will give them five stars in another review. This lady was a jerk.
