Great friendly staff and service
I had a very disappointing experience at BWS. The staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected from a store I’ve visited before. I hope management addresses this issue and improves their service standards.
