I ordered a bottle of gin and tonic water to be delivered. I couldn't find my id even though I'm 53. Anyway found it five minutes after he left and still haven't been refunded. Even though I contacted bws. I understand the driver needs payment but I should of received a refund from bws

BWS Warnbro is a friendly and well stocked store who seem to value inclusivity. They proudly display a pride flag and Aboriginal flag, but no Australian flag. While I take no issue with ideals of a DEI agenda, as a consumer driven store, it would be nice to see inclusion of all Australian patrons through the addition of the Australian flag or perhaps just stick to advertising specials rather that inclusion politics.
I have had an issue or two with the BWS app in the past, and this team have always rectified it instantly, with perfect service and big apologies. Great crew with great energy ❤️
