Very helpful staff
I was frustrated with the staff member who was younger than me asking for ID, just doing his job I understand. It turns out the owner has implemented an ID30 policy despite store signage saying ID25. Woeful policy not supported by any legislation. Putting his staff in the way of unnecessary customer objections for no good reason. Good on the staff, but owner needs to reconsider
My local bws is fantastic tower hotel and newton this one was disappointing the customer service lack of empathy to have a quick chat was crap I felt judged for my appearance I won’t be shopping here again disappointed.
range was a bit generic but not bad for a bws. service was great
