BWS with worst staff. The staff here are completely uninterested in helping customers and seem more focused on their phones than doing their jobs. Unprofessional behavior at the counter makes for a really uncomfortable checkout experience. Save your time and go to a different bws ( bertram, warnbro, baldivis).
Worst experience i have ever encountered in a retail shop. I with essential an altercation caused by one of the staff to a customer who wanted to buy something from the fridge. The customer did not realise the fidges were locked and looked over to the staff member who was humiliating and aggressive in her manner and when the customer went to the check out she refused to serve him. He was by no means aggressive but did react to the humiliation but did not raise his voice and had to leave. I will definitely not shop there agai... read more
