Worst experience i have ever encountered in a retail shop. I with essential an altercation caused by one of the staff to a customer who wanted to buy something from the fridge. The customer did not realise the fidges were locked and looked over to the staff member who was humiliating and aggressive in her manner and when the customer went to the check out she refused to serve him. He was by no means aggressive but did react to the humiliation but did not raise his voice and had to leave. I will definitely not shop there agai... read more
Great range and service
Absolute joke of a store. Won't be returning after being refused service for the most pathetic reason. Won't be getting my business in the future.🤬
Customer service is bad. Young guy with glasses was rude and had no customer service skills or people skills. Definitely will not be back again
