Visited this BWS on 22 January in the late afternoon and had a really bad experience due to the cashier man. We were trying to purchase 8 craft beers and apply the 25% off deal, and instead of being helpful, the cashier was rude, belittling, and dismissive. The way he spoke to us was genuinely unpleasant and made what should’ve been a straightforward purchase uncomfortable. He offered no help whatsoever and made it feel like we were being a nuisance for asking a basic question about a promotion.
Very friendly staff. A little difficult to find in the shopping centre. (First visit)
