Great service, didn't have the beer I wanted, but the guy serving couldn't be more helpful
I made an enquiry re; stock and next delivery date of a product, with-in a short conversation the staff members at Ulladulla had put aside my beer of choice as sold in preparation for my Woolies delivery date 36hrs later. Well above the answer i was expecting, thankyou guys have a nice Christmas in amongst your busy period. Cheers.
Geoff and the team have improved their game ten fold probably due to my original complaint 2 years ago and being a regular 3 times a week customer at the store, it's holiday season it's hot as heck and the team are doing the best they can, maybe the customer's need to be a bit more friendly and a little less self entitled.
