I had an uncomfortable experience at BWS with an employee named Santosh. He asked me several unnecessary questions that felt intrusive and irrelevant to my purchase. It seemed as though I was being singled out, and I couldn’t help but feel that it was due to my ethnicity. This made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store.
