I went to the wrong store (I should have gone to the Toowong Village one) to pick up my order, but the staff here were kind enough to do an order transfer for me on the spot. Thank you!
This is my local BWS and i never thought to write a review until now. Manager Isaac has always been SO HELPFUL when I’ve needed a hand deciding which wine to pair for upcoming dinners and recommending spirits for all my celebratory events. I have also seen Isaac help customers carry heavy cartons to their cars! Theres always great service at this store and i feel it’s always organized well. Well done to the team here, Isaacs been doing a great job leading by example.
Great service & honest staff. Thanks for finding my wallet.
Friendly staff. Convenient location if you live in Auchenflower or Toowong. Prices pretty standard but usually have a few specials going.
