Very disappointing experience at this BWS. I came in just before 9pm with my younger sister (who is under 18) to purchase wine for myself. I was asked if I needed help as they were closing, then when I went to the register I provided my valid ID. The staff member, Ian, then asked for my sister’s ID, and when I explained she is underage, he refused to serve me. He gave several inconsistent reasons for refusing service, including saying it was because the store was closing, which didn’t make sense as we had just been assisted.... read more
